CPU/GPU Compatibility Check

I'm looking to upgrade my CPU, GPU, and power supply for Cyber Monday. I would appreciate all of your help to make sure my upgrades are compatible. My GPU should be fine since i'm sticking with the same brand, just a step up. My CPU is where i'm having problems. I don't think my chipset will work for the CPU that I want and I don't know what to do about it.

Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 Motherboard
AMD 970 + SB950 Chipset
AMD FX-4100 >>> Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge OR AMD FX-8150
AMD Radeon HD 7770 >>> AMD Radeon HD 7870
Rosewill 650W supply

Will all of my new parts be compatible with my motherboard?
If not, what are your suggestions?

I would like to get the i5, but would settle with the FX-8150 because it is a good CPU too, plus it comes with liquid cooling and it is 8-core, but that is kind of a waste :(

The i5 is Intel - would need to get a new mobo, the 8150 will be fine, and the 7870 and Rosewill will also be good to go ;)
