Pc Specs is fine game worked fine for around 30 minutes,,, then it crashed, the pc message center states kernel -Pnp problem. but unable to recover..
Multiplayer does not work at all.

How can i fix this problem MY Pc is well above what is required and all drivers is up to date,,.. i sent ubisoft the details of problem but I ,, fear it might be months before i get a response,,
Maybe i should install some older drivers ha ha ha ,, please help!! AJ

If you are using steam, then try uninstalling the game, then reinstalling it. Hopefully, your game settings and saves should have saved, but steam is sometimes unpredictable.

you can actually go into your library right click on the game, than local files, than verify local game cache
