Hi there gents, im in quite a bit of a pickle here. Ive bought all the parts for my build except the GPU, which i will buy near Christmas. I have 2 options, the 280x or the Gtx 770. Now heres the dilemma.

I will mostly (90% of the time) be playing Battlefield 4, and with the 280x i can get BF4 for free, which is nice. However, im also going to be recording my gameplay, and as of now, Nvidias Shadowplay pretty much takes the cake over everything. 60FPS 1080p is wonderful, especially with small file sizes. Ill be recording every time i play as well..

Now with the 770, i can get 3 games, which im not reaaally interested in, but hey theyre nice to have. (AC4,SplinterCell,Batman)

Im planning to keep this build for a while, and im a afraid that the 2GB of Vram on the 770 is going to limit me a year from now.

I also do a lot of video editing so CUDA can come in helpful..

So what do you guys think, should i go with AMD and get BF4 for free, be future proofed on Vram with 3gbs, and hopefully get a performance boost with Mantle, OR go for the glorious Shadowplay, 3 games which im not going to play much, but take the risk on vram while still using CUDA for rendering.

AMD-
BF4
Mantle
More Vram

Nvidia-
Shadowplay
Cuda
3 games, probably not going to play

This is the rest of my system if youre wondering:
i7 3770k
z77 extreme 4
16gb of ram
250gb Evo ssd
3TB seagate
xfx 750w PSU

What would you guys choose?

Solution
Go with the 280x. AMD is your best bet, for now. i7 is already pretty powerful for rendering and recording your gameplay.

Alright thanks guys :) As of other recording software, I know Dxtory wins as of features but the file sizes can be pretty big. Fraps is out of the question. Also what about Msi afterburner & Mirillis action! are they any good?
