About two weeks ago i got a new Toshiba Satellite C55-A. The power cord is working perfectly fine, but the battery is not charging. I noticed about 3 or 4 days ago that the laptop would not charge over 40 percent, than last night i unplugged it and right when i got a notification for low battery, i plugged it back in and it has been at 11% since. i know the charger is fine, because when i removed the battery the laptop remained on. Does anybody know whats wrong, or what i can do to fix it? (By the way i am fairly inexperienced with computers and the terms, and short on funds to go buy something to fix it)
