I've been having trouble running my computer with my home network for some time now, but I don't know why. I have an HP Envy Sleekbook 6 1010-us, and when I troubleshoot problems, it responds with, "Default gateway not available." My laptop works fine with an Ethernet cable, but won't work wirelessly. Any answers?

EDIT: I have also discovered that it works fine at any other network, so it makes the problem that much more strange!

The first thing that I would try is to open your network control panel, manage wireless networks and delete your network from the list. Restart and allow it to be re-detected, then enter the passkey and check the connect automatically box.

The next move is to change your wireless adapter MAC using this free app that has directions for use on the site HERE. It saves your old address if you wish to revert for any reason.

If neither of those fix it, open an elevated command prompt box (right click run as admin) and type in the following then hit the enter key and copy/paste the results in the text file created on the C drive to this thread: ipconfig /all>c:\ipconfig.txt
