When I go to shop for a video card, I'm not sure if it will be compatible with my computer. Often times, concerning on particular videocard, such as the Geforce gtx 660 ti, there are many variants of it with wildly fluctuating prices. I am unable to understand the difference in price and the multitude of abbreviations that come after the title.

below is one such example.

Solution
Well, the one from Tiger Direct was refurbished which means that there was something wrong with it and it was repaired and is being resold. The Ti after Gtx 660 means that it is faster than the regular gtx 660. If you could give me a price range, and what youre using your computer for, i could recommend the best graphics card for you to buy. :)
