Radeon 7950 into a Dell XPS 420

Hi I have a 2008 XPS 420 with 3 GB of RAM I'd like to put in a RADEON 7950 for litecoin mining. I'm running Vista 32 bit. Can this combination work? Do I need a new power supply to make it work and if so can you recommend one?

you'll probably need a new power supply, the ones from manufacturers are often just enough to run their systems so any upgrade will not work, check the wattage and the amp ratings on it
