Great build. you would want a cpu cooler to overclock the i7-4770k. You can go with the Hyper 212 EVO for decent OC: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Or the Phanteks cooler for a more rigorous oc: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Also, Thermaltake cases aren't the best quality. Here are some better options:
Corsair 500R - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Fractal Design Define R4 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
NZXT Phantom - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Cooler Master Storm Stryker - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Oh okay then you can hold on the cpu cooler until you do overclock.

The motherboard is good quality. Other than the case, everything you have is really good!
