my friend got a gtx 760 and some intel processor which wasnt that good ( he was on a budget) then i have a amd fx 8350 clocked at 4.3 ghz then for my gpu i have a amd r9 280x 1240 mhz core and i have 10gb of 1600 mhz ram. obviously my build is ALOT bettr then his. but some how on arcade and multiplayer on starcraft 2 im getting like 120fps and hes getting 180fps constant.. smae thing on arcade on sc2.. im getting 40 fps and hes getting 75... how? is it that he has full realesed drivers and i have beta drivers for my card or??/ HELP?

The big AMD octo-core only shines on multi threaded games. Intels have a much higher IPC than AMDs do. So, believe it or not, on those games, your FX-8350 is bottle necking the R9-280X. I presume you are gaming at the same resolution and in-game settings.
