Over 7 gigs in use for no reason.

So as it states I have over 7 gigs of ram in use for no reason. My processes running equal no where near 7 gigs. I will post a picture of my task manager to better explain my problem.

if your not running a ram disk then i would think malware. try running some stand alone antimalware apps.
http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/eek/ download this onto another pc and then create a bootable usb with it.
run the provided scanner and it may find the issue.
