You are looking at a midranged card with 500W.

I would get either the Radeon HD 7790 or GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost 1 GB

http://www.gpuzoo.com/Compare/EVGA_01G-P4-3655-KR__vs__AMD_Radeon_HD_7790/

As you can see they both have their advantages and disadvantages.

Either choice is acceptable, however, personally I enjoy NVIDIA cards better because of reliability and efficiently.

Hope this helps!

I would get an EVGA GTX 770 2GB. You will be able to play any game on max settings easily. ( On one monitor, if you ever go for multimonitor gaming, go for a GtX 770 4GB or GTX 780 3GB)
