I would love some people to give me their opinion. I am a first time builder and have built this PC to the best of my knowledge, which isn't saying much..

I would like to keep the price around $1000, if possible less.

I am aware that there are things that I could upgrade to get closer to $1000 but is any of it worth the upgrade? I am open to upgrades because I know that it probably needs some. Will this be able to play games like Battlefield 4 with Ultra settings?

With your budget, and you have a good mobo picked out, would kick up to a 3570K ($60 more at the Egg), and flop the 1x8GB DRAM to a 2x4GB set preferably 1600 or 1866/9 to get the extra 10-15% performance from dual channel mode

I recommend switching the thermal paste to Arctic Silver 5 but other than that, if you're OK with the temperatures of AMD,then its perfect. My recommend upgrade for your GPU is the Nvidia GTX 770 4Gb and change your CPU into an i5-4670k with a haswell motherboard, better performance for ~ same money.

Okay so I changed the CPU just because I have a little bit of spending money and I had not realized it was only 1 stick before and it is now changed - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2d2oG
With this, would I be able to play games such as Battlefield 4 easily?
