Hello I have Windows 7 its an HP I just bought a new laptop with windows 8 and I am giving my boyfriend my old laptop. I have the administrative account set up with a password but my boyfriend does not want to have to type in a password everytime he gets on the computer he wants to just start it up and go. so is there anyway for me to take the requirement to enter a password in to log on to the computer off? or are all administrative accounts required to have a password?

This is a fairly easy to follow guide to remove the password.
My PC has a password for the account so noone on the network has access to the account but it automatically logs on.
