recommendations for cpu coolers under 50$

Ok so soon I am going to be upgrading to the AMD fx 8350 cpu along with the sabertooth 990fx (r2.0 and am3+ socket) im reading that the 8350 tends to run a bit warm and i've also read the stock cooler is junk. this poses the question- what is the best cpu fan cooler for about 50$?(obviously better than the stock)
p.s. i wont be overclocking the cpu

Coolermaster hyper 212 EVO.
You can OC under it, and for the price its unbeatable.

The plus is alright, but its about 10-20C less effective I would say. If you dont OC it will work, it should get back in stock though.
