with the current amex promotion and my 70$ in amazon gift cards im looking to burn (this brings my total amazon money to $95. so take that into consideration when pricing)

well did you consider those 3 because you can afford them all? If so, then get the strongest/most expensive out of them (the GTX 680)

Yes, without a doubt worth it over the 7870 and 760

I'd look at GTX 770s and 280x cards as well since they are all quicker and in the same price range

yea im really leaning toward the 770 at this point. its $80 more but out performs the 760 by a good 15fps in bf4

You're not really gonna have much headroom for overclocking with that PSU however, just go with which ever card you prefer/is cheaper between the 280x and 770 since they essentially perform within 5% of each other for the most part
