Corsair h100i very high rpm in idle?

Hi there, I just built my new rig and I have a h100i in push/pull configuration with Corsair SP Performance edition fans. Even in idle, all 4 fans are running at 1700 rpm in the quiet setting and it's making a fair bit of noise. How can I make the fans slow down when idle and ramp up when I'm putting a lot of load on the pc. I tried Asus's Fan Expert 2, but it doesn't detect the fans on the h100i and apart from that, I've tried nothing.

I tried that, that's how I used the 'quiet' setting for all 4 fans, but the rpm is still very high. I have seen it get to 1000 rpm on idle on other systems, just not this one, but I can't figure out what I've done wrong.

Ahh, so there is a Custom Curve mode. How do you get to it, I can't find that option anywhere on Corsair Link.
