Hello I am planning on getting a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

And was wondering what psu, motherboard, and case I should get I know I need a new psu and not motherboard or case but I want to upgrade. I am looking for a case + motherboard for a price around 100-150 and the r9 290 requires atleast a 750w so I would assume I should get a 800w. Heres a list of my parts.

R9 290 can run on a quality 650w.

But if I did go with a 650w that wouldnt leave me with much room to overclock if I wanted to would it? So would it be my best bet to go with a 700-800w psu?
