What CPU and motherboard do you recommend?

What CPU and motherboard do you recommend 4GB of RAM and a Sapphire HD 6670 included (GDDR5-Version)? Can Intel and AMD, although I'm leaning a bit towards AMD. Many motherboards that support DDR3 RAMs and must include a minimum. 2 pieces of RAM slots! Maximum $155!

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 750K. 80$
3.4 GHZ cpu that wont even bottleneck the HD 7970.

Motherboard: MSI FM2 A75MA Has USB 3.0, DVI-D port, HDMI port, A75 Chipset and all what you need at just 60$.

All ads up to 140$.
