Computer doesn't work on home network, but works on other networks.

So, my girlfriends laptop does not work on her wifi home network, but other computers will work on the network. She bought a new router and modem, but still nothing. Her computer connects to the wifi at my house and works fine. I've called her ISP, and they can't do anything. So, basically the only conclusion I can to was something was some conflict with the IP address she is getting from her modem/router on her network, but I have little knowledge in networking. So, if you have any suggestions or need more info please help!

There are two simple thing to start with to try and fix it.

Open the network control panel, manage wireless networks, and delete your network and then restart the computer, when it finds the network enter the passkey and check the auto connect box.

Next thing to try is to change her wireless adapter MAC address using a free app that has good directions on the page from HERE.
