GTX 780ti SC vs Titan?

My friend got a single Titan and I haven't ordered mine yet. He got his because he wants to run 3 monitors with a single card and the 6GB is enough for him. Also that it would not be as cost effective to get another 780ti (SLI) to run the three monitors (DV-I). I want to beat him in performance XD saying I have the better card. Which one, whether both single or both SLI'd would be a better card? Or should I wait for the Classified 780ti with more V-RAM?

The EVGA SC 780ti and is a monster, One will match if not beat a Titan, two will blow it away. The Classified 780ti isn't worth the wait 3gb is enough for most everything. And I totally get where you're coming from, I love to beat my friends XD.

Honestly with having experience with sli i dont recommend it to much inconsistent stuttering even tho on paper it gives you more frames but games isnt as smooth overall as one gpu.. The 780 Ti is a titan killer which is the route i would go and would last you a long time. SLI is hype for some people they have no issues to some they do. As for me got fed up with it within 2 months and this was with the gtx 780 sli setup totally not worth it
