Best CPU Cooler for 3570k?

Hi, i am new to overclocking and atm I am running a 3570k stock. I want to get to a reasonable OC where its not killing the CPU as much (4.0-4.2) Can anyone give me any recommendations and explain why? thanks!

Setup:

i5 3570k
GTX770
ASUS P8Z77V-LK
Corsair 400r

Coolermaster 212+ => Best bang of buck cooler
Phanteks PH-TC14PE => Best Air cooler
Corsair H110 => Best liquid cooler, well, it's better than two above..especially in overclocking condition..

like mr calculatron said, depend on your budget..

dont really have one, Ill spend whatever I can to reach an overclock of that range. I dont mind if its water or air cooler or how it looks.

well, if you wanna reach only 4 ghz, even coolermaster 212+ will fit your needs..
phantek will do better, 4.2 or more
corsair h110 will be a good choice if you wanna max cooling in max daily overclock. for example 4.4 or more.

Well, Im looking for a OC thats obviously worth doing. Is 4.2 a affective area? I just strictly game on the PC. Looking for an effective/safe 24/7 OC.
