It should work with any card as long as your motherboard has at least 1 PCI-E slot and your power supply has a decent amount of watts

I matched a 7850 to my a10, i would recommend the MSI 7850 twin frozr 3, but you should also upgrade your PSU, if you havent considered that

I have a Thermaltake 750 and its about a year old. Got the processor recently on the uber cheap. I might just give it to the wife and get an I5

. I was hoping to crossfire the on processor graphics with something similar for a cheap gaming rig.

yeah, definatley ditch the a8, but that will require you to get a new mobo, a new cpu, as well as a new GPU.
