I deleted my admin account on my Dell computer with Windows 98. I was trying to change the from an old dial-up account to a wireless. I deleted something that I later found out was the admin acc. Now I have a welcome blue screen with no account icon to login. Help!

Windows 98 doesn't have an admin account, it has no concept of multiple users. Everyone has full rights.
