Say you had two identical CPUs, one clocked at 3.2Ghz, and another at 3.5Ghz, if I overclocked either of them to 4.5Ghz, would their factory clock speeds matter?
If not, would it be bad to buy the less expensive one to save money without sacrificing performance?
