hey,
i'm going to upgrade my graphics card but need some help on deciding what one to get.
My computer s custom build, but that was 3 years ago, and it is strugging to play some of the newer game releases.
Computer Specs.
Processor: Intel(R) Core i3 550 @ 3.20GHz
RAM: 4.00
System Type: 32 Bit Windows Home Premium (want to go up to 64 bit, but cannot afford the money, can i use my 32 bit key on 64 bit?)
GPU: ATi Radeon HD 5570 1024 mb DDR2

PSU: 400w
MotherBoard: asus motherboard p7h55-m lx (x1 x16, 1x x4 both PCIe 2.0,

i want to play game in mid to high on 1080p if possible, like Assassins creed black flag, Battlefield 4 and i also emulate a lot of older systems eg wii and gamecube.
my current graphics card is getting out dated a little, me having to turn off or down a lot of settings.
my budget is about $300.
