I'm looking to build the perfect computer to handle World of Warcraft on Ultra with at least 60fps in raids, dungeons, world pvp, and just in general. I don't care about price as I plan on buying everything over time piece by piece. I just need to know what you guys think would be the perfect build to play WoW on Maxed settings.

I would put your money in the bank and order all the parts at once. there a few issues with buying parts one at a time.
first off nvidia and amd next year will be dropping there newer gpu. (nvidia maxwell) amd in jan dropping a newer apu and may be dropping a faster desktop cpu next year. also intel will be dropping a refresh to there haswell chips. the other issues is if you get a doa part it will be over the return before you know if it bad. I would ask mom and family for newegg cards or amazon gift cards and use them to buy parts when your ready.

other then some plastic tye wraps and a tube of thermal paste. the ssd is an extra part if you want fast boot and program speeds. you could drop it. from the inside of the case...motherboard...ram....gpu...cpu...power supply. the motherboard has sound chipset on it. the case will come with the needed screws for the hardware. most motherboards have one or two sata cables.
