you only need to change your graphics card your system is all good to go no need to change anything even the PSU.

R9 280x and R9 290x is the best cards for BF4, because both cards will have a mantle support and BF4 is one of the games who will benefit from mantle. they can also max every game you throw at it on 1080p.

Really? shouldnt i change anything else? also ive seen that the R9 280x and all alike graphic cards are 3.0 pci Gen and my MOBO is 2.0 will that affect me at all? also the connector to my powersupply i only have a 1x6pins and most of these need like 2x6pins and other weird connections. can i just but adaptors for the power cords or sumthing like that? what are my other options?

Yes PC 3.0 graphic Cards will work on PCI 2.0, you don't have to change your mobo.

but the problem is ur PSU, not sure if it will work or you can use adaptor, better change that too, you need 1x6 and 1x8 pin connector to work. maybe its time to change that too :)

If you got that, you all good. Buy 280x

If you want the 'best' it's probably this card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487003

If you want one based on needs, it depends at what resolution you are playing your games. Also do you do video recording, streaming, editing, encoding, 3D gaming, or any kind of specialized work on the PC?

Also you might want to consider getting faster ram. 668Mhz is really slow and according to the latency it should be running faster. You sure it's not 1333 or 1600Mhz?

Your processor is fine. PSU is sufficient for a new graphics card.

Maybe also tell us your budget (in your local currency) as well as the website of the store you gona buy from.

Dual channel 668 which translates to 668*2=1333
