Anything that would be good depending on your needs would require a new power supply ! Can you tell me what games you are planning on playing?

core i5, 12GB RAM,... says the story.
300 W is not going to be able to power any good graphics card.
Get a decent 500 - 600w PSU and get a good graphics card such as the 660 or the 760.
It's given on that sticker you uploaded that the max current your PSU can handle is 18A.
I doubt that's enough to power your system at full load; forget about a graphics card.
You HAVE to get a new PSU if you have any hope of upgrades.

John i would also like to know if the 550 will be enough for any future upgrades such as another hard drive or two.
Also another dvd burner.

yes it will be enough if you are adding hdds, oprical drives or fans but if you are going to overclock your system or you're trying a multi gpu it is insufficient

overclocking is increasing the base clock , example you have a core i5 3.3ghz , you can increase the base clock to a higher clock like 4ghz but your temperature increases a lot, you can overclock only if you have a k version of processor

yes, 550watts psu will fits on your inspiron 660
