3rd Generation I3 processor with 1.5 gb graphic card and 350 gb internal Hard disk with 8 gb ddr 3 ram, is it ok to render arc

i3 Core is a ENTRY LEVEL CPU. If your rendering graphics (not gaming) then your needing horsepower in the CPU and specializing GPUs. While you can use 'gaming cards' they usually don't render the way you need for CAD, MAYA, etc. to reduce rendering times. You would need a GRAPHICS WORKSTATION Video Card for that function, and you need to pair it to a decent 'robust' CPU, which means a i7 Core which is built for HEAVY duty work, like video rendering, audio sampling, etc. NVidia has the line of Quadro cards for Workstations. ANY of this is EXPENSIVE HARDWARE COSTS, sorry there is no shortcuts if you don't want to spend hours / days /weeks wasted waiting on 'rendering' times being so long / slow.
