Palit GTX 660 : http://www.palit.biz/palit/vgapro.php?id=2019

Gigabyte H61M S2P B3 : http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=...

My other specs are :

i7-2600
2 x 4 GB RAM at 1333 mhz.
450 watts PSU.

I am bad with computers and have never upgraded GPU so I am note sure.

Currently I have HIS HD 6450 2 GB.

Yes, your motherboard supports the gtx 660. All modern motherboards with a PCI-E slot support all PCI-E graphics cards.

How many amperes does your power supply have on the +12v rail(s)? It should be written on a sticker on your psu.

I would get a new PSU. Where would you shop from? i.e. Newegg, Amazon, etc.
