I have bought a new rig : AN INTEL CORE I5 3330 QUAD@ 3.0GHZ and a gt 610 2gb ddr3 graphics card . But it seems my gpu is a bit low . I plan on buying a new gtx series .So will my cpu support a gtx 660?

You won't be limited by your CPU, it is compatible with any graphics card available, however you might well be limited by your power supply and case.
