You could also look at the amd R9 270X if it's so much cheaper where you live,i took the expensive option here just for the extra 1gb of vram. The 270X is often as good as the 7950 and better, especially when it's a higher clocked version. The 7950 is also often capable of a nice overclock.
The gtx 760 is the choice for nvidia in that pricerange, choose which one you want.

This asrock motherboard is reasonably capable of overclocking. The 970 pro3 is in the same price range.
A guide i picked up here with info about the vrm's and the overclock capability of motherboards, take it as a guideline,

Hi,

Firstly I would prefer to stay away from overclocking as mucha s possible, I have had bad experience with it.

Secondly, as stated above I won't be needing HDD, Optical Drive

I would recommend that you go to Flipkart.com, Amazon.in or eBay.in to get more information if needed.

I have revised my build and here is it:

1) AMD FX-6300
2) MSI AMD 970A-G43
3) Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz ( I think there isn't much gain between 1600Mhz & 2133mhz)
4) Corsair VS650 PSU
5) MSI Radeon R9 270X Gaming 2G (Hope To Crossfire in future)
6) Antec X1 Cabinet
7) Cooler Master Hyper 101 Cooler

Also I read that you can use a non-similar GPU as PhysX processor so was thinking beacuse I have a GT210 1GB lying around could It be of any use If I go Nvidia's way.
