hello, i have sapphire x1950 pro 512mb, i checked some drivers but new games like assassins creed 4, modern warfare 3... i cant play.. why? can i play it? how? thanks...

May be due to the lack of DirectX 11 support. Yes I still remember the good old days of ATI X1900 series always having the competitive advantage over GeForce 7 series. Nostalgia..........

Probably because it's a DX9 card and only has 512Mb of memory, simply put: It's too old to run them.

The only way to play a DX10/11 game is to install a DX10/11 compliant card and have either Vista, Win7 or Win8 installed because DX10/11 will not install on XP or earlier versions of Windows (and getting DX11 onto Vista can take a little time as well).

That card is ancient, you wont play dx 10 or 11 games on it.

but geforce 8400gs is ancient, it's a Directx9 card... but i play it low grapics.... :/
