Hello,
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 TI 2 GB DDR5 is the answer, currently most games like crysis3, bf4, Cod ghost etc use 1.5 gb-3gv of Vram so for this day and age it makes no sense to buy the 1gb version, also why don't you go with AMD? for the same amount of money you can get something much better...

It depends, in games that use less than 1gb, you won't see any difference between the 1gb and 2gb but in games which use more than 1 gb of vram for example in bf4 or crysis 3 it is the difference between medium settings to very low settings, because your GPU has to wait for the vram to become ready to send frames on the screen, which causes laggy experience in those games
