I played COD mw2 but it asked for vertex shader 3.0 i need a graphic card whih supports it which should i buy.I have-
Pentium D 32 bit @2.80 Ghz
1 gb DDR2 ram
manufaturer-
Compaq Presario 061

First, upgrade the RAM to the max you can which may not be much in that model.

Second, does the PC have a PCIe x16 slot?

Third, what is the wattage on the power supply?

If you have an PCIe x16 slot, given the old CPU, anything over a low end gaming card is a waste. A Radeon 6570 should work for you.

with respect to ur pc config and the type of game u want to play,its better that u buy an Nvidia gt240 gfx and upgrade ur ram to atleast 2 gb(4gb would be more better)
