My Specs:

Macbook Pro 2007-08 (Not Unibody)
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz 4GB Ram
Dual Partitioned Mavricks / Windows 7
Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT

Hello, I am having an issue on my laptop that I have never had before. I seem to be only having this issue when I am on my Windows 7 partition and this issue doesn't seem to come up when on my Mac side (Mavricks).

What is happening is when I log into Windows I am getting these weird blue pixel block looking things at the top of my monitor and I have getting several lines of them. Heres a screenshot to better explain exactly what I am seeing right now http://i.imgur.com/QrKc3UG.jpg (see those pixel blocks?)

Here is another example when I am playing starcraft issue is on left side of the picture all the stretched out polygons: http://i.imgur.com/cPpqIBD.jpg

So what I have done so far, someone told me to install the latest GPU drivers and so I did that, now once it finally installed it looked like my issue was solved the blue blocks went away. Though after a few minutes and opening things up the blue blocks came back, but now they come and go when I open and close things and reopen them again.
I than uninstalled my GPU drivers than reinstalled them all again and the problem again seemed to have gone away but than quickly reappeared.

So originally they would just stay in the same spots but now that I have the latest drivers they seem to pick and choose when they want to pop up. The computer itself is running just fine could this be my GPU failing? I hope not! When on the Mavricks partition I don't get this issue popping up at all and all seems completely fine.

Also note I have had this partition for over a year now and this issue just creeped up on me now the only thing that is new to my laptop is that my mac partition has Mavricks now but Windows side has stayed virtually untouched.
I have the latest updates from Windows for Windows 7 and installed latest Nvidia drivers as well.

I really hope someone can help me I am completely lost and don't know what to do, this issue didn't seem like a big deal at first but it hinders playing games as the screen goes completely crazy and interrupts my viewing.

Those are graphical artifacts. They are a result of something not being right with your GPU. Have you tried overclocking it at all? Also, what temperature is your GPU running at? If you need a program, download hwmonitor.
