Well, it didn't finish yet,

but i don't understand most of this, it looks bad anyway.. this is 1st time to run this, i just know about the bad sectors and that's what i wanted to findout about..

currently i'm running from Hiren's bootable cd,

i'm using HDDscan old version, here's the photo:

i don't understand this block colors, what does it mean?
and what values make it necessary to get a new HD?

please note that i've run this because i'm having an extreme lag in my windows, changed windows many times tried all software solutions, scans and tests.

Solution
blue is dead block.

then red is close to dead \ yellow okeish \ start to get better

they are time it took to access each block white is under 5ms which is normal access speeds. as they increase it means the hdd error correction kicks in to try and recover the sector/block.
backup your important data asap. as in, stop the scan and back it up if you didnt do it already. that hdd is dying.

once you have the data backed up you have 2 options:
-continue to use it till it stops working completely (which can be anything from one day to 2 years)
-get a new one and keep this one only for expendable stuff. (if you dont do too much with it it will probably last a while)

well, 1st thx for reply.. i think if you see the results now you will say that it will last for 1 day :D
here's the results now: http://www.freeimagehosting.net/newuploads/51keq.jpg
if i buy a new HD now, and use it as master and the one im scanning now as slave, will it stay as a normal storage and work correctly ? and will it affect the new HD ?
or i should just backup data and throw this HD in trash and get new one alone ?

by the way , i don't think i have to stop it anyway it's just verify only will not affect the data, will it ?

no reason to not keep it as slave (won't be the old style of slave from before sata though - sata doesnt do master / save all are equal).
what you should do is back up data now.

-then get a new drive
-install windows with it alone without the old one (unplug it during install)
-plug the old back and then copy any other stuff you may need
-format the old completely from computer management disk management
-keep it as a "k, ran out of space where to throw this?" or "k, i dont mind losing this" type of storage
-wont affect the new drive in any way
