Windows 8.1 stuck at logo screen and won't work

Hi, I just recently purchased windows 8.1 and a new ssd for my desktop pc, and after i installed my ssd and try to load windows 8.1 from the disk my computer starts fine recognizes my ssd then when windows 8.1 logo appears it freezes. someone please help !!!

thanks for they reply ! I tried this and got the same the results, but i am pretty sure it has something to do with the way my bios is configured
