Save £10 on memory and add it onto PSU budget and get this -

There is no reason you can't run a GTX760 on a CX430 from a purely amps perspective, but it doesn't have the required cables you need, better to stick with recommended amounts and avoid Molex adaptors too.

from EVGA website (they seem to have the most reliable power requirements for gpu's )
for regular 760 that's not overclocked much:

Requirements
Minimum of a 500 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 30 Amps.)
Maximum Power Draw 170

it seems this PSU has a 32amp 12v rail so it will actually be enough, (i haven't looked at the connectors for gpu tho)
but still - better get a lil reserve - why torture it? remember psu's lose some of their power over time...

So if I swap the psu out for the tx550m, the rest of the build is good to go?

Brilliant, one more thing - I chose b85 over H87, is that a good idea or will it cause problems?

well you won't be overclocking with that ...

edit : aw wait - the cpu is not a "k" series anyway... so no overclocking... maybe you can push them slightly
with a proper board im not sure but i have no expertise in this area... i jsut bought a amd processor so no haswell knowledge for me for a while..

No, I couldn't quite stretch to the 4670k + z87, my budget couldn't take it! Going to order now, thanks for your input, hope my first build goes smoothly!
