Has my motherboard gone bad?

When I power on my pc I get the power light, the fans, and power to my hdd and a very quiet beep. But no boot up at all.

Acer Aspire M5500 Desktop
500g Toshiba hdd
1tb Seagate hdd
3gb ddr2 RAM
ATI Radeon 4400+ gpu


It just shut off on me in the middle of a youtube video and when I tried to start it up again, I got a flashing power light and no response. I unplugged it for a while and when I turn it back on, I get a solid power light and still no response other than what I stated above.

You hay have to pull instead of push the connector.
The Graphics card is the one which the monitor connects to. Once removed there should be a slot on the motherboard to connect a monitor (the main port panel)
