Hi Everyone,
I have old Intel D945GCCR Motherboard & Intel Pentium D 2.8GHz Processor . The problem is, my CPU is Overheating, I've searched everywhere in forums and communities, whatever I've found I've already Tried such as:
1) Changing the FAN
2) Removing & Applying the Heat Sink (White)Paste on CPU.
3) Flashing & Upgrading The BIOS.
These things although solved my problem but NOT Completely yet. CPU is now working bit normal & not hampering my work, FAN automatically raises rotating speed with big noise & slows down too, although not restarting automatically, but is still overheating. I've read somewhere, there is a Thermal/Temperature Sensor beneath processor, I've tried searching but I didn't found one. I want to know where is it exactly & What should be the Normal Or Maximum operating temperature of CPU under normal circumstances.
Thanks & Many Greetings
