Is this a good pc to run battlefield 4?

I have completely given up on building a gaming rig. I want to but I simply don't have the time. So, I would like to run bf4 at around 60 fps on ultra. Here is what I am looking at:

Will this work? If you have any other desktops that will work please feel free to post the link. My budget is around 800. The max is about $1000. Thanks.

Also, I am thinking of upgrading the RAM to 12Gb in the future if this is the one that I'm buying

That would certainly do what you needed it to do. However, the RAM would be dual channel so for an upgrade it would be 16GB.

The CPU is good enough to not cause a GPU bottleneck with a single 280x. Also, the 280x can definitely run BF4 on ultra at 1080p at 60fps as my 7970 did just that.
