Hello, i want to ask about a good gpu in a budget of up to 500$ or around 5mil in Indonesian Rupiah. The website that i could buy from is rakitan.com. Or probably amazon/ebay with free shipping or low shipping possibly.

My current specs are
I7 3770k @4.2 Ghz
16GB PVI RAM 1600mhz
128 gb SSD+ 1TB HDD 7,200rpm
MSI Twin Frozr GTX 660 2gb
700 WattSilverstone PSU
Gelid cooling fan
MSI z77 g43 mobo

I will be playing at 1080p resolution.

Games i would play is
Battlefield 4,fully modded Skyrim,Watch Dogs,Thief,Planetside 2,Arma 3,Crysis 3,Chivalry Medieval Warfare,Kingdom Rise, and much more in the future as i don't want to change it for the next 3 years.

I would prefer to get at least 60 fps with the exception of Crysis 3(around 45fps) on those games stable with AA on.

Now since IDR is weakening i would buy the card in the next few month 3-6 month probably. So what's the best bang for the buck with a good cooling as i would definitely want to overclock my GPU.
Thanks in advance

Solution
The R9 290 is so powerful you probably won't see a need to overclock it. Although its got a bad cooler, its built to tolerate up to 95 degrees Celsius. Just don't overclock if you get the ones available now.

Anyway you're going to buy a few months later, plenty of time for manufacturers to release some cards with better cooling. Then you can overclock an already beast of a card.

I checked and it's 300$ on newegg, it doesn't ship internationally though. I checked it on amazon and it was 390$ for the Asus. But i find a cheaper one on the rakitan.com page, it's made by HIS, is it good for overclocking?

HIS is fine. How far you can overclock depends on the GPU you get. Some chips overclock better than others because of very very minute differences inside that no one will know unless you try and overclock yourself.

But in general AMD's GPU performance scale better when overclocked. Like I have a 7950 overclocked to 1050Mhz from the original 850Mhz. It practically performs as well as a 7970.

I would suggest going for another 660. It would offer performance better than the 770 for far less money. You already have a 660, just grab another one. It would offer very good performance. It would be a very good option.

Nvidia 660 can be had for about $150 so as for now, get another 660 and save the $350. That should offer plenty of performance. There is no reason to get the pricier GPU when you already have one 660.

Also you have a 700W PSU which should be enough for two 660's since that card requires very less power.

So, getting another 660 would be my opinion. It is faster than the 770.

Problem is my motherboard doesn't support SLI..

And by Huilun and azzazel, so the r9 290 cooling isn't stable now and will get hot easily? That means if i overclock it, it would be overheating and would probably break it?

Yes, if you can wait for the R9-290 with custom cooling solutions, then that is a fantastic option. It is like what the 7950 used to be. Just a small step less than the Flagship 7970. In this case the R9-290x.

It outperforms the Nvidia 780 for $100 less. So, it is a fantastic GPU. Just wait for the custom cooling solutions from Asus, Gigabyte to launch. The reference cooler is crap. Hot and Noisy.

Even though the GPU can handle the temps upto 95 degree celcius, but it increases the heat build up in the build which is very bad for other components which are not build to handle that much temperatures.
