Your Budget is too low for a gaming GPU,
you'll be able to play games at minimum settings and lower resolution only,
Nvidia Geforce GT 610 is the only GPU that fits in your budget but it is not meant for Gaming.
If you want a GPU for gaming then you should atleast have a HD 7750 or HD 7770 or Higher.

This is the cheapest card I would recommend buying. It has 1GB VRAM which is GDDR5
