AMD FX 6300 if better than i5 2320 for gaming perpose because of its more cores and higher clock speed.
i5 2320 is preety old CPU now , if you want an Intel CPU then you should atleast buy an Ivy Bridge or Haswell but they costs more than FX 6300.
