I have Windows 8.1 64 Bit and the CPU is an i3 370M at 2.4 GHz, and I'm wondering if it's worth the $70 for the upgrade from 3GB(1GB+2GB in Slots) to 8GB RAM. Wil I be able to use programs such as photoshop more reliably? Or should I ditch the upgrade and get a newer computer?
Edit: I forgot to ask, can a Satellite C655-SP6007 even handle the upgrade? I know that sometimes a computers maximum RAM is limited because of the motherboard.
