H:/is not accessible the file or directory corrupted or unreadable

my external hard drive are unreadable. everytime i connect it to my laptop, it will ask me to format it. how i can recover all the data in the external without formatting it? and it's a RAW file.

there is an option somewhere in it to try uninitialized drives or smth like that
