Hi! This is my first time building my own PC. It's been like nearly one week since I build it, and still got no clue why my PC won't start..

I already went to someone who open PC service. He checked all of cabling and parts and he said OK. Then he suggested me to change the motherboard. If it is still not working, then the problem is probably the CPU.

So I bought new motherboard, but still, it didnt turn on, even only a fan movement. My first motherboard dont have any light so I dont know whether it work or no, but the second one has 2 LEDs so when the light turn on, I can tell that the motherboard is OK (but still, no fan movement or so). SO I went to the shop where I bought CPU to check if it's working or no, and found out that the CPU is also OK.

What should I do? I just run out of variable I should check, and yes I'm frustrating right now lol.

So, this is my PC specification

Motherboard: GIGABYTE Intel Z77 LGA1155 ATX GA-Z77P-D3/A
CPU: Intel core i5-3570k
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4GBx2
Graphic Card: msi Radeon HD 7870 2GB
600W 80PLUS Bronze KRPW-SS600W/85+/A
Storage: WD Green 3.5inch IntelliPower 2.0TB 64MBキャッシュ SATA3.0 WD20EZRX/N
CPU fan: CoolerMaster社製 CPUファン RR-212E-20PK-J1 (Hyper 212 EVO)

The second motherboard is ASUS P8H77-V

Thank you for your answer xD

you could need to upgrade your bios before it accepts ivy bridge 3xxx series cpu's. unfortunately you can't do that using your current cpu. take the mobo to the shop and ask them to upgrade the bios for you. (if it's not the latest with support for ivy bridge).

make sure also there's the right amount of thermal grease and that the cooler is properly seated.
