I installed a programme and now, when playing games, my pc runs slow.

The program is amd endured gaming, my laptop is Dell inspiron 15r se, processor: i7 3632qm, video card : radeon 7730m, 8gb ram etc. I uninstalled all amd software on my pc and reinstalled it, but when reinstallng it also reinstalled amd endured gmaing again, i still have the problem. I used to be able to run on highest settings and still get 50 fps, now i have to run on the very lowest and still get like 50 fps. It is really bugging me </3
But it has only started doing such thing when i installed amd endured gaming, and when in a game of League of legends, the screen flickers white every couple of seconds it has has like a pixel spasm of some sort. Thanks for the reply
