Upgrading to GTX 760 with AMD Phenom II X6 1090T processor, will there be a bottleneck?

My specs:
GTX 650 Ti
4GB RAM
AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 3.2 Ghz
GA-880GM-USB3L
Antec 450W VP450P

The card I am going to buy:
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 760 / 2GB / GV-N760OC-2GD / DDR5 <-> The one that comes with 2 games (Assassin's Creed IV - Splinter Cell Black List)

I am worried about my processor being a bottleneck of my next upgrade, so I wont sell my 650 Ti just yet until I get confirmation that my processor would cause a bottleneck to the GTX 760.

For a processor upgrade I can only go $210, as for a GPU upgrade I can only go $300, I can only choose one of them to upgrade (either CPU or GPU)

UPDATE: I think I should upgrade my CPU then.. I'll get the FX-8350 it is priced at $220 here and they all say that it is good for gaming and worth my money.

I don't want any AMD gpu, I have had a very bad past with these cards, so I am only sticking with nvidia.. I'll do my CPU first then upgrade my GPU later, soon.. very soon.
